Terms of Use

Hiversal (the "Platform", the "Service") is a service for creating documents and sets of files. The Platform is at the beta stage.

Hiversal is operated by Alemkhan Sagitov (Sagitov Alemkhan Sagituly), an individual based in Karaganda, Republic of Kazakhstan. Service and personal-data inquiries: info@hiversal.com.

Paid plans are not available for purchase yet and payments are not accepted. Features and limits are determined by the plan shown in your profile. Paid plan prices are provided for reference. The Operator will give advance notice before enabling payments as described in section 10. Plans, credits and file retention are described in section 8.

Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before registering. The registration form requires explicit confirmation of acceptance of the Terms and age 18+. This confirmation does not replace separate processing consent where legally required. If you disagree with the Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

Hiversal is an independent project. The Platform is not an official product of any university, college, government body, educational institution or other organisation, is not affiliated with them, and is neither endorsed nor supported by them.

The structure of the documents created follows general approaches to working and teaching documentation and does not reproduce the official branded forms of any particular organisation. Requirements for formatting, content and approval are set by your organisation or institution, and meeting them remains your responsibility.

Public pages can be viewed without signing up. Using the tools requires an account. New access to the closed beta is by personal, single-use invitation: you choose a nickname and the Service creates a guest account without an email address or password. Your real name is not required. Existing accounts can still sign in.

Guest access depends on the session saved in your browser. Signing out, clearing site data or using another device may cause you to lose access; reusing the invitation and recovering access are not guaranteed. Server-side account records are not automatically deleted when this happens.

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. Use it lawfully, do not share your session or account access, and report unauthorised access. If an existing account uses a password, keep it secret. The Operator may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

The Platform is intended for creating working, methodological and teaching materials. The following is prohibited:

• creating, uploading or distributing unlawful, misleading or harmful material;
• infringing intellectual property, the rights of third parties, or the law of Kazakhstan;
• circumventing technical restrictions, plan limits and protective measures, including removing the watermark from files produced on the free plan;
• using automated means for bulk data collection or to create artificial load;
• reselling, transferring or opening access to the Service to third parties.

You are fully responsible for the material you upload to the Platform and create with it.

The Platform uses external services for certain features. Depending on the selected action, the data needed is sent to the following providers:

• OpenRouter and the model providers selected through it — creating and editing text materials and images;
• Exa — web search through OpenRouter, when enabled; disabled by default. Search uses a formulated query. Do not include personal data, secrets or confidential document excerpts in that query;
• Pexels — stock photos under the Pexels License;
• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage;
• Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare — server infrastructure and delivery.

Payments are not accepted yet. The payment provider will be identified here and in the Privacy Policy before payments are enabled.

Use of these services is governed by their own terms. Data may be processed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The data shared and retention details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Material is created by artificial intelligence systems and may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, and incomplete or incorrect information.

The Operator does not guarantee:

• the accuracy, completeness or fitness of the material created;
• that material meets the requirements and standards of your organisation or institution;
• the availability of any particular model or completion during an outage; automatic substitution by another model is not currently guaranteed;
• uninterrupted operation free of errors or data loss.

Anything created is a draft. Before official or otherwise responsible use it must be checked and, where necessary, revised. Responsibility for the final use of the material rests with you.

You retain the rights you hold in your source materials and your own creative contributions. The Operator does not claim those rights and receives only the permission needed to carry out your task and operate the Service, including transmission to the listed providers. Exclusive copyright in every AI output is not guaranteed. Rights in third-party works, photographs, quotations and templates remain subject to law and applicable licences.

On the free plan, exported documents, spreadsheets and presentations (DOCX, RTF, XLSX, PPTX) carry the Platform's watermark: the logo and the word Hiversal. Images and diagrams (PNG, SVG) are exported without it. There is no watermark on paid plans or during the Beta; it does not affect your rights to the contents of the file.

The name, design, source code and original elements of the Platform belong to the Operator and are protected by the law of Kazakhstan. Stock images are provided through Pexels under the Pexels License.

By uploading material you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it.

Paid plans are not available for purchase yet and payments are not accepted. Paid plan prices are provided for reference. Available features and limits are determined by the plan shown in your profile. Free provides a one-time allowance; the temporary Beta plan uses a 30-day period. Terms for purchasing, switching and cancelling subscriptions, as well as refunds, will be published before payments are enabled.

Credits measure AI work; images use a separate allowance. An estimate is shown before a run; the final charge depends on actual model work and context volume. The system selects the model. Beta provides 1000 credits every 30 days during the beta test; the one-time Free allowance does not renew. Check your profile for the current plan, balances and usage.

Generated files and uploaded samples are retained for a limited time under the plan's terms. Access ends when the retention period expires, and files are removed during automatic cleanup. Running out of credits does not itself delete files. Save important results and source files yourself.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no service level guarantees. The Operator may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Service and gives advance notice of discontinuation.

AI may make mistakes and Beta may experience interruptions. Check results before relying on them and save important files. These limitations do not remove the Operator’s duties under applicable law.

The parties’ liability is determined by Kazakhstan law and the circumstances of the case. A free Beta does not establish zero liability for the Operator. These Terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory user rights, lawful claims for compensation, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

The Operator may update these Terms. The current revision and date appear on this page. Significant changes, including enabling payments or changing prices, will be announced by email or in the interface at least fourteen days before taking effect.

Continued use alone does not replace separate consent where required by law. New personal-data processing purposes, new grounds for transfers and changes requiring explicit confirmation are not accepted automatically. A payment or subscription requires a separate order and confirmation of the relevant terms. You can delete your account in your profile.

The parties’ relationship is governed by Kazakhstan law, subject to mandatory rules applicable to the particular user.

Inquiries or complaints may be sent to info@hiversal.com. The parties may try to resolve a dispute through discussion; this does not remove the right to contact a court or competent authority. Jurisdiction is determined by law. These Terms do not impose the Operator’s location as an exclusive forum contrary to mandatory user rights.

The Platform uses open-source components and third-party resources:

• Icons — Font Awesome (fontawesome.com), CC BY 4.0 license. Icons are used unmodified with attribution preserved.
• Fonts — locally served Manrope, Noto Sans, Noto Sans Mono and Spectral files; SIL OFL licences are included in the notices.
• Stock photography — Pexels (pexels.com), Pexels License.

Licence texts and copyright notices for third-party software components and fonts are available through the Third-party licences link at the bottom of this page. Their respective copyright holders retain the rights to these components. AI models and external services are subject to separate provider terms.
